Egg less chocolate cake
Star ingredient :All purpose flour,cocoa
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour/maida
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
Vanilla bean scrapped
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1.Preheat oven at 180C.Grease and dust a 8″ cake tin and keep ready.
2.Mix water,salt and sugar in a large bowl and mix well till the sugar is dissolved.Once the sugar is dissolved add oil and vinegar ,mix well.
3.Sift all the dry ingredients together and add to the wet mixture.
4.Start mixing and whisk to form a smooth batter.
5.Pour the batter to the prepared tin evenly and tap to release the air.
6.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes,until done.
1.The cake batter will be thin and watery compared to the normal one’s.Do not add flour to adjust.
2.This cake has a gooey center,so wait for at least 30 minutes before slicing
