Somehow I feel these days I am not blogging actively.I used to religiously post one recipe a day and these days (since the start of this month) I am not able to keep up the schedule, hope I will be back in track in soon:). Coming to today’s post, this recipe will be a sure shot hit with anyone who tries this ,especially kids as this has the magic ingredient, nutella :). These pancakes are super easy to whip up resulting in spongy, soft delicious crepes that are no less than an exotic dessert. This is a very forgiving recipe, you can totally play with ingredients, just keep in mind that batter should not be very thick/thin.I would say it should be something like uthapam batter/cake batter. Here I have used curd, you add buttermilk instead of curd too.Nutella just adds a divine flavor and subtle taste to this pancake, you can increase the amount of nutella by another tablespoon to get deep flavor and taste.Even if you don’t have nutella, you can still make his, just use chocolate sauce even melted chocolate will work.I served this pancake with fresh mango cubes,ah just divine combo it was,you can serve with strawberries too.
