This week the express brunch menu is going to be a north India spread I cooked last week.Once in a while I like break the monotony of our brunch/lunch by cooking some north Indian spread or some thing totally different.Those who frequent this blog knows very well about my love for naan/kulchas and also pulao varieties.Last weekend I made our family favorite whole wheat kulcha,baby corn masala,peas pulao and raita.Putting up the whole spread took around 1 1/4 hours to me.

The total time taken for cooking is 1 hr and 30 minutes.(Excluding the resting time of kulcha dough)
1.First prepare the kulcha dough as explained here and let it rest.(15 minutes)
2.Chop the onions,shell the peas and grind the masalas for baby corn masala and pulav(20 minutes)
3.Now prepare pulav in one stove (presuure cooker)(10 minutes+pressure cooking time)
4.Prepare the corn masala in the next stove(15 minutes+ cooking time)
5.Prepare kulchas just 30 minutes before serving the brunch.
6.Serve along with pickle and butter milk
1.You can serve any milk shake instead of butter milk
2.I have not yet blogged about peas pulav,but you can make in the same lines as baby corn pulav
