3.Heat oil in a kadai till smoking point and pinch the batter into small balls and deep fry.Remove to a tissue paper and serve hot.

1.Coconut can also be added along with dals and ground.
2.Onions can be added along with vegetables.If adding onion avoid asafoetida.
3.Heat oil well upto smoking point before frying.This ensures a crispy dish as well as doesn’t soak up oil.
4.Do not skip sweet pumpkin as it imparts a lovely flavor and slight sweet taste to this spicy dish.
