Paal ice 🙂 Does it trigger some memories? I know it certainly does 🙂 🙂 As I ave mentioned in this post, paal ice is my most favorite pick of the lot from what the ice cream car had to offer. Also paal ice was the most expensive ones, rs 3 per piece 🙂 The other ones like grape, rose ice will be 1 or 2 rs per piece :). When I was not into cooking, I always used to think how do they even make these popsticks and only when I started to venture, I got to know how easy these are to make 🙂
Now coming to the paal ice recipe, this is the easiest popsicle you can make at home. Milk popsicle recipe, as the name goes has just milk and sugar. To get some creamy texture and thickness I have used some corn flour. You can even use rice flour. Just do not go overboard with flour. Too much flour will make your paal ice pasty and dense instead of being creamy and light.
