How to make pumpkin raita recipe with step wise pictures

1.Boil the cubed pumpkin until soft(I boiled for 5 minutes keeping the vessel closed)

2.Grind the boiled pumpkin coarsely along with green chillies

3.Whisk the curd until smooth,add ground pumpkin and salt.
4.Do a tempering of mustard and curry leaves in 1 teaspoon oil. Add to the raita,mix well and serve.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup cubed pumpkin
  • ½ cup thick curd
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • ¼ inch ginger
  • ½ teaspoon mustard
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon oil
Instructions

Notes
1.You can add 1 teaspoon grated coconut while grinding.
2.Serve chilled if needed.
