I always prefer fresh condiments homemade with quality ingredients to the store bought sauce/jam etc.Even when I make pizza/pasta I always try to use fresh homemade sauce. So every time I make them I try to change the recipe or tweak a recipe here and there to get a different taste. This slow roasted vegetable sauce is an excellent base for any pizza/pasta dish or just use it is a dip with your bread/spread for toast.Which ever way it is used, sure it creates a magic and take the dish to one level up.Try it out and lemme know.
