Sodhi is made with coconut milk as main ingredient. Apart from that a small quantity of moong dal is also added in sodhi. All these along with mixed vegetables make sodhi very healthy dish. Very mild and sublime in flavor it is a real good comfort food on a cold day.
To make sodhi you can use mixed vegetables like potato, carrot, peas, beans, pumpkin. Two or more vegetables are enough for making sodhi. There are many variations in making sodhi.
