1 large green bell pepper chopped fine
1 small onion chopped fine
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 Tbsp curd
2 Tbsp all purpose flour/ Maida
2 Tbsp rice flour
2 tsp lemon juice
cilantro for garnishing
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
1. Pressure cook sewwt corn kernels up to one whistle and drain once the pressure is released. Mix the corn kernels with onions and bell peppers.
2. In a mixing bowl add the flours,chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and curd. Now mix the vegetables in the flour paste and add just enough water.
3.Heat oil till smoking point in a kadai and drop the mixture like small pakoras and deep fry till golden.
4.Add lemon juice and garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
