Cauliflower or phool gobi, commonly known as gobi is a favorite vegetable in India. It is used in various recipes and also used to mimic chicken in some recipes. We like gobi at our home so I often cook recipes with it.
To make tava gobi recipe I have slightly blanched the cauliflower with some salt and turmeric powder. Just toss the spice powders to the blanched cauliflower and slow roast in tava. That’s it!
Serve tava gobi as starter with any drink. It also goes very well as side dish with mild pulao, dal fry, rasam etc.
