1.Soak raw rice in water for around 2 hours.Drain and grind to a smooth paste along with all the other ingredients. Batter should be little thin than normal dosa batter consistency.
2.Heat a tava with little oil.Make thin dosas.Serve tomato dosa hot with chutney.
