Ingredients

  • 6 bread slices
  • 1 teaspoon oil divided
  • Beach style kara pori for filling

Instructions

  • Take a bread slice and remove the edges. Roll it gently with a rolling pin. Using a round cutter cut the bread into a circle. Make 6 such discs.
  • Preheat oven at 180C. Take a muffin tray and grease all the holes with little oil. Gently place a bread disc on each hole and press very gently.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. The cups will slide out easily once baked.
  • Fill with your favorite chaat and serve bread cups immediately.

Notes

1. If serving immediately you can make the filling while the cups are getting baked
2. Serve immediately once the cups are filled
