1. Do not reduce the amount of chillies as coconut and roasted gram will reduce and balance the spice,for the given amount of chillies this veg korma is very mildly spiced.
2. Instead of cashews you can blanched almonds too.
3. If you want you can add 1-2 tablespoons curd for tangy flavor.
